Returns are allowed only if there is a product defect. Buyers will have to bear the shipping charges from their end and Aircoast will bear the additional shipping charges when it ships to the buyer. Returns cannot be entertained after a period of two weeks after the buyer have received the product and no returns will be entertained if the product shows sign of being used. Returns cannot be acceptable due to wrong sizes on the buyer's part. Buyers must send us the correct measurement of their shoe sizes (from toe to heel) and Aircoast will endeavor to send a product of a size no smaller than the one stipulated by the buyer.
